Han's Laser released the 2020 semi-annual performance forecast. The net profit in the first half of the year exceeded 600 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of more than 60%. Han's Laser stated that the profit growth in the first half of the year was due to the effective control of the epidemic in China. The company's business recovered rapidly in the second quarter and various productions basically returned to normal. PCB business orders and shipments have increased significantly compared with the same period last year. The company quickly launched a full range of mask machine products based on market demand, which has a positive impact on the company's performance.
In the "Subject and Related Debt Tracking Rating Report 2020" released, Han's Laser disclosed detailed operating data for the first quarter. Among them, the continuous development of PCB market demand has caused the operating income of PCB and automation equipment to increase by 54.80% year-on-year and gross profit by 1.06 times year-on-year.
In the first quarter, Han's PCB and automation equipment sold 468 sets, an increase of 11.43% year-on-year, and the average selling price was 650,700 per set, an increase of 38.92% year-on-year. Since the beginning of this year, the continuous improvement of the 5G and server industries has significantly driven the demand for processing equipment in the PCB industry. Affected by the epidemic, the PCB business still maintained good growth in the first quarter of 2020. Among them, shipments in March hit a record high. At present, Han's PCB business has sufficient orders on hand, and the factory has been in full production. In the second quarter, the PCB business is still expected to continue the good growth momentum of the first quarter.
Over 1,000 mask machines shipped
Since the outbreak, masks have once become a scarce material. In order to fill the huge demand gap, thousands of companies, including automobiles, petrochemicals, clothing, real estate and other industries, have invested in mask production across borders, including laser companies that play a key role in the intelligent manufacturing process.
On February 17, the Han's Laser automatic flat one-to-two mask machine was officially sold. The original mask machine equipment was developed by Hanshi Precision Automation (HACT), which can produce about 6,000 masks per hour, and can adjust the operating speed and production schedule of the equipment according to actual needs. As the demand continues to remain high, other divisions of Han's Laser have also successively developed mask machines. The increase in production capacity has greatly supplemented the gap in mask machines on the market.
In early June, Han's Laser had shipped more than 1,000 mask machines, and the production capacity has basically returned to normal.
