BT240S is an optical fiber cutting head designed by Switzerland RAYTOOLS AG. It is suitable for small and medium power (up to 3300W) fiber lasers in industrial applications. It is of overall optimized optical focusing system, annular air path and turbulent air flow and nozzle cooling design, built-in water cooling unit, and fine adjustment of focus position.
BT240S can fully meet the industrial laser processing environment of thin plate, medium and thick plate cutting and other customized needs of different applications. A variety of flexible fiber interface options and optical collimation and focusing configurations enable it to adapt to various mainstream fiber lasers in the industry.

The dustproof grade is IP65, and the light path is fully enclosed, so the possibility of lens contamination is almost zero.

Due to the processing characteristics of laser cutting, regular maintenance of the lens is required. It is recommended that the protective lens, collimator lens and focusing lens be cleaned once a week.
I. Tools used: dustproof gloves, finger cots, polyester cotton swabs, ethanol, rubber air blower.
II. Cleaning method:
1. Wear finger cots on the left thumb and index finger.
2. Spray ethanol on the polyester cotton swab.
3. Gently pinch the side edge of the lens with the thumb and index finger of your left hand. (Note that the finger cot cannot touch the surface of the lens to avoid leaving marks)
4. Place the lens facing your eyes, hold the polyester cotton swab in your right hand, and wipe the surface of the lens from bottom to top. Clean the front and back sides. After cleaning, reconfirm that there are no residues of the following: detergent, floating dust, foreign matter.
