      The second is the distance of the nozzle. The distance between the workpiece and the nozzle also affects the cutting efficiency. The distance is too far will cause unnecessary waste of kinetic energy, and the distance too close will affect the splashing of the cutting product. The appropriate distance is 0.8mm. In addition, when the fiber laser cutting machine cuts processed parts with uneven surfaces, the height of the nozzle and the processed parts must always be the same during operation.

The higher the power of the cutting machine, the greater the maximum cutting speed. At the same time, the cutting quality is related to the quality of the laser beam, and also related to the characteristics of the laser beam focusing system, that is, the size of the spot after the laser beam is focused has a great influence on the laser cutting quality.

      The fourth is auxiliary gas. The size of auxiliary gas and gas pressure also affects the power of fiber laser cutting machine. It is better to use compressed air or inert gas as auxiliary gas. If the thickness of the processed material is increased or the cutting speed is slow, the gas pressure should be appropriately reduced. Cutting with a lower gas pressure can prevent the cutting edge from frosting.

      The last is the laser power. If the first 4 items have been eliminated, it is considered that the decrease of the laser power causes the cutting efficiency to decrease. After long-term use of any equipment, some parts will deteriorate. The laser is the core component of the fiber laser cutting machine. It is normal for the power to drop after long-term use.
